Apple’s iPhones created history which no one had predicted when they were first introduced in the market. Not only the iPhones became popular and revolutionized a generation but also it created an all new sector namely the Smartphones in which they are the undefeated rulers till date. While Apple constantly goes on to launch excellence and sophistication to its star product, the latest device iPhone 5 is being eagerly awaited. While iPhone 5 is expected to bring a treasure of outstanding features, what creates one of the biggest buzzes is its camera.

Each iPhone model has introduced an upgraded camera. The first iPhone had a camera of just 2 megapixel. While iPhone 4S has 8 megapixel camera and flash ability. Obviously iPhone 5 is expected to bring still superior camera.

Better Flash

As both iPhone 4 and 4S feature an incorporated flash for their cameras, iPhone 5 will definitely have it too. But considerable improvement is being speculated because the flashes on the current iPhones are honestly not so good. The pictures with flash on seem to be washed out and if the lighting is dark, the photo appears blurred. In comparison with other smartphones available on the market flash camera of iPhone 4S is truly unsatisfactory. Therefore everyone is expecting from Apple that in iPhone 5 this lacuna will be removed and a better flash will be set up in iPhone 5.

Multiple Scenes

As digital cameras of other android-equipped smartphones offer to choose multiple scenes such as sepia or black-n-white along with several others, iPhone doesn’t offer it. Though a third party app can do that for the iPhone, great expectations are from the built-in camera of iPhone 5 that it offers the facility of many scenes.

Macro Mode

What might be expected the most from the camera in iPhone 5 is ability to use macro mode. While android phones offer the facility of macro mode which enables the user to take close-ups of people, objects and incidents, iPhone doesn’t offer it. Therefore macro mode is a necessity for the new iteration by Apple.

Setting Customization

Setting customization like configuration of ISO and exposure and many other settings is a great demand of a particular scene to be shot and iPhone cameras don’t offer it. Now with iPhone 5 it is expected that Apple will break the norm of giving a mediocre camera.

More Megapixels

Actually megapixels’ greater amount doesn’t bring about a high quality picture. But as far as iPhone 5 is concerned a higher megapixels in the camera is expected to give a great quality of pictures. The reason for this is you can then print bigger pictures with no adjustments regarding quality. A low megapixel camera won’t produce a high quality 5×7 print which a high megapixel camera can and the only solution for iPhone 5 for this is to come with a 10 megapixel camera.

For such a great phone like iPhone, quality of cameras is naturally expected to be high, higher and highest and if iPhone 5 will come with camera having all the facilities that people are expecting from it, it can be said that Apple has offered a real camera with iPhone 5 and not done something just for the sake of it.
